Shipping policy

Made to order

Every Marè piece is printed after you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse, so there is a production step before anything ships.

Timing

Production: 1–6 business days
Delivery: 5–15 business days

Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks of being placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin production the next business day. These windows exclude local holidays and any customs delays.

If you need something by a particular date, email before ordering. We would rather tell you honestly than have it turn up late.

Cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. The rate you see is the rate you pay — no handling fees added afterwards.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email when your order leaves the facility. If nothing has arrived within 48 hours of your order confirmation, check your spam folder before writing in.

Addresses

Double-check your address at checkout. We can correct one before production starts, but a piece that has been printed and labeled cannot be rerouted. Orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.

International

Customs duties, import taxes and any fees charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in what you pay at checkout.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated in 10 business days, email us and we will open a trace with the carrier. Please raise any claim within 30 days of the ship date.
