1. Who we are

This store is operated by Marè ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

2. Agreement

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site — browsers, customers, and anyone who contributes content. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

Our products are made to order. We do our best to display colors and details accurately, but screens vary and we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor matches the finished garment exactly. Measurements are listed on each product page and are taken from the garment laid flat.

We may change or discontinue products at any time, and we may limit quantities.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment is taken at checkout. We do not store your card details — payments are handled by Shopify's payment processor.

5. Orders and cancellations

Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we send your confirmation. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, reseller activity, or pricing errors. If we cancel, you receive a full refund.

You may cancel within 2 hours of ordering. After that, production has usually begun. See our Refund policy.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery estimates, costs and claims are covered in our Shipping policy. What we will and will not accept back is covered in our Refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, graphics, logos, photography and written content on this site belong to Marè and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, print, resell or use any of it commercially without our written permission. Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the artwork printed on it.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malware, scrape or harvest data, or interfere with how the site works. We may terminate access for any of the above.

9. Disclaimers

The site and everything on it is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

11. Third parties

Production and fulfillment are handled by a third-party manufacturing partner, and payments by a third-party processor. Their own terms apply to the services they provide.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here is the one in effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
